"My wife and I needed to find a house quickly for our family of four after receiving government orders to relocate to the Washington DC area in fall of 2013. It was a challenging time as I was finishing up a year long overseas tour in Korea, while my wife was working full time and caring for our children in NY. We contacted Nicole based on a recommendation of a friend. Nicole sent listings and contacted my wife frequently. She helped us refine our search and coordinated a visit to northern VA shortly after I arrived home from Korea. After a first attempt to go house hunting for a weekend ended in a car accident for us on the way down, Nicole rescheduled our trip and sent a bouquet of beautiful flowers. She worked hard to make sure we still were able to see all of the houses the following weekend. With only two days allotted to find the house of our dreams, Nicole was extremely efficient in creating and executing a plan to see numerous houses in a short amount of time. On the third and final day of our visit when we were supposed to be heading home in the morning, Nicole rescheduled her own appointments in order to show us a few more houses not on our original list. She understood our expectations for a house and showed genuine concern in making sure we chose a quality home. Nicole kept us focused and made sure we didn’t settle for a house that lacked a feature on our must have list. She would point out aspects about the house or area that we might not have thought about to make sure we knew every detail. Nicole made our house hunting experience not only productive, but also fun! She made sure we had yummy snacks, meals and coffee. Nicole was a pleasure to be with and she quickly became a friend. After deciding on a home, Nicole was extremely efficient in expediting paperwork and letting us know exactly what we needed to do and when it needed to be completed by. Our closing time had to be changed due to a delay in our movers loading our household goods and Nicole did everything she could to accommodate this and was able to change our appointment time to close on the house. After the closing, Nicole celebrated with us and continued to keep in touch. She is exceptional at what she does and truly cares about her clients. We were truly blessed to have had Nicole as our realtor. We could not be happier with our house or the area in which we live."

Her market expertise, industry knowledge and passion of her work are evident in every interaction and she clearly consistently delivers for her clients. She is both consistently energetic, positive and realistic in managing client expectations, which are valuable traits when managing through what can be an uncertain and stressful process of renting or selling a home. We used Nicole’s services for two transactions, after relocating from Northern Virginia to New York City. The first was the rental of our townhouse just outside of Old Town, Alexandria. It was our first time through the process, and she was a strong resource advising us on price and marketing (including some incredible photos) and also secured a great property management company that made being remote landlords remarkably pain free. After renting our house for two years, we made the decision to put it on the market. Again, Nicole couldn’t have been more helpful in making many of the tough decisions around pricing, timing, staging and needed repairs in order to maximize our price and put us into a position of selling it quickly. The prospect of selling the house while living 300 miles away was daunting at first, but Nicole made it seem as though we were constantly connected through phone calls, texts and emails that detailed developments along the way. When we were ready to list, Nicole put her full effort into making sure that it was marketed broadly and had a larger plan for open houses and other opportunities to maximize interest. Fortunately, no further work was needed because we received a full ask offer within two days! We closed less than a month later, which again, couldn’t have been a smoother process. Nicole was organized and thoughtful in guiding us through the required paperwork and the transaction was executed with no issues - and without either of us having to make the trip back to Virginia. It is very evident that Nicole puts her clients first and truly cares about working as hard as she can to make them happy.
